Get your archive
Four steps, and a few hours of waiting.
Strava keeps your whole history and will send all of it to you in one zip file. Straview needs that zip and nothing else: no password, no account, no connection to Strava.

Open your Strava account page on a computer
strava.com/account, signed in. The export does not exist in the phone app, only on the website.

Find “Download or Delete Your Account”
It sits at the foot of that page. Press “Get Started”. Nothing is deleted by looking.

Press “Request Your Archive”
Under “Download Request (optional)”. This is the only button you need on that screen.

Wait for Strava's email, then come back
It usually takes a few hours. Drop the zip whole; you never need to open it.
